** Amber is proud to announce a partnership between herself and Therese Wyatt resulting in Shared
Dreams Farm, the new home of AMC Training. We must also thank Jules Anderson for giving Amber
such a wonderful opportunity to take over the farm and some of the customers of Jules' Teamwork
Dressage. This is an unheard of opportunity! We must also thank Pam Pure, owner of the barn, for
allowing us to take over such a great facility. This is an amazing location and we are all excited about
this new project!! We are all very, very sad however that our loyal, amazing friend and mentor, Jules
Anderson, won't be here everyday.
** Elise Yancey and Oksana O. attended the schooling show held at Oak Grove Equestrian on Dec
1st. This was Oksana's first show ever, and she did a great job. She piloted the 12 year old gelding,
Tracy, to two wins! Intro Test B and Training Level Test 1. Oksana really proved that she is a tough
competitor and I am certain that you will be seeing her at more shows in 2008. Elise attended this
show with her new equine partner Expo, who is owned by Diane Whitfield. This pair showed in
Training Test 1,3,4 and First 1. This was Elise's first time showing at First Level and she did a great
job. She and Expo came away with two firsts and two seconds along with some good scores!
Congratulations to both horses and riders!!
** Our first Ron Smeets clinic Nov 3 - 5 was a huge success! The Dutch trainer was helpful to
everyone from the beginner to the seasoned professional. Everyone who rode had great feedback
to offer, and I think it will tough to get a spot next time! Thank you to Ron for coming and we will be
looking forward to the next clinic scheduled for February!
** Amber and Rhythmic Blues are ranked 23rd in the Nation for First Level Horse fo the Year in the
USDF Final Year End Awards Standings. Blue is also Reserve Champion 1st Level Oldenburg
Horse nationally for 2007! This has been an amazing year for this pair!
** We survived Region 3 Finals!! Amber and Rhythmic Blues came in 6th out of 22 in the First Level Open Championship! Congratulations to horse and
rider! Miranda Sibley and Grand Eska had some bad luck on Saturday for their Championship ride... unfortunately someone in a neighboring warm-up
ring was bucked off during Miranda's test. As if that wasn't enough, then the HUGE horse went running through the rings, down the track, and to the barn.
Needless to say that caused some tension in Eska and some mistakes in the test. Miranda did a great job considering the circumstances! They still
finished 11th out of 27... all I can say is you Juniors better look out next year because Miranda will be back with a vengence. The pair came back on
Sunday to score a 71.7% and a 65% at Training Level. Look for us at the GDCTA Awards Banquet! Therese Wyatt and her horse Kozmo came along to
compete at the Open Dressage Show. They scored a 67%, 65%, and 64% at Training Level. Therese and Kozmo put together their best test ever at this
show! Overall this was a great time and a great outing for the AMCTraining Crew. We hope that next year we will have an even larger contingent at the
Finals!

for these two at Region Three Championships. Also, "O" judge Linda Zang stopped Miranda at the end of her First Level test 1 to tell Miranda how
impressed she was with her riding, her horse, and what a great job her trainer had done teaching her. We were all on top of a cloud after this!!! Next
came Therese Wyatt and Kozmo scoring a 67.635% Training Level Test 4 and a 63.458% Training Level Test 2. Linda Zang also stopped Therese after
her ride to tell her what a great match she and Kozmo were and how well she thought she was doing with him... again, we were all beaming! Then came

Level Test 2 as well as a 61.429% and a 63% at Training Level Test 4. This was the first show where this pair has really worked together! Last, but
certainly not least Luann German and Call the Man. LuAnn rode amazingly! She really started to figure out how to ride the tricky little buckster in the show
ring. She did some great riding. There were a few mistakes in the tests which kept the scores just hovering around 60%. I am very proud of this pair!
The Poplar Place June horse show was a great success! Amber and crew took ten horses to the show! Elise Yancey captured Reserve High Score Jr/YR of the

Rhythmic Blues competed in First Level Test 4 both days scoring a 68.8% and a 70.4%. Blue is qualified for Regionals at First Level now. We, of course, can't
forget LionHeart's Saboteur who went along for the ride. He got to see many interesting things at the show and now he will be ready for his first outing!
**The April Poplar Show was small for our group but quite good. Amber and Therese both showed Therese's Kozmo. This was Kozmo's
first Dressage outing. Amber scored a 68% with him at Training Level, and Therese followed up with two scores around 60%. Way to go
Therese!! (and Kozmo)... Amber also showed her own Rhythmic Blues in First Level Tests 1 and 4 scoring a 66.65% and a 68.6%. The
pair won both classes. Lastly, but certainly not least, Amber showed LuAnn German's Call the Man at Training and First Levels scoring
